I also read all 200+ posts hoping one was Jason... I will have to wonder all weekend until I come back to work on Monday and can get all the updates!

I hope you have been holding and staring at the babalah all this time and not still in labor. My kid #1 took TWENTY-FIVE hours before they decided to surgically remove him. And I was SO HAPPY that the damn never-ending contractions were going to be over that I didn't even care.
So if you were me, you'd still have a long night ahead but you're not, you have way, way better purses and a cooler kitchen which will probably translate into an equally fantastic birth.
(And it really wasn't all that bad for me because I repeated the process THREE MORE TIMES. :-)

Why do people feel the need to tell their own horror stories of labor to someone who is in labor?
Congratulations Amy and Jason!! Why do I not find it at all odd that I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of a baby to parents I do not know AT ALL??? Best wishes to you all and looking forward to the update.
I'm hoping Jason isn't updating because he's busy being with his happy, healthy wife and his baby, who just slipped right out of her in one hour, in a happy bubble of amazement and love and cannot remember the internet just now, right?
