Hello All. This is Jason, performing a substitute post for Amy while she's at the hospital. Amy asked me to fill you all in on the birth of our baby boy, but I'm not going to give away everything. Amy will be following up with an entry about the whole experience when she's discharged from the hospital on Monday, which I'm sure you're all just dying to read about. But for now, here's our new baby boy.
Isn't he just the most beautiful thing you've ever seen?! Noah Corbin Storch was born at 10:32 AM on September 30th. He weighed 9 lbs. 15oz. and was 21 inches tall.

Somebody beat me to number 300! I guess 301 is pretty good! He is absolutely beautiful. Hope you are feeling ok and that you have a speedy recovery and a wonderful time at home with your little guy.

Just get rid of the 0-3 month outfits right now and start at 3-6. You'll be in 6-9 by Christmas.

Given her lengthy stay and the defensive end that she just gave birth to, I'm assuming she had a c-section. Hope she is recovering well. Can't wait to hear all the story. Oooh! It's MONDAY!! Jason and Amy have been parents for a couple of days now! We should be hearing some great stories!
Amy, who commented right above me, I don't know what emergency cerclage is (after the mucus plug debacle, I'm rather loathe to google it), but it sounds scary and like something you would like to avoid at all costs. I hope you are doing okay.
And...um... can anyone recommend some hair treatment therapy stuff??? MY HAIR IS SO DRY!

Is it sad that I don't remember if I posted or not yet? Is it also sad, that I am anxiously awaiting Amy's update when I know firsthand (not by c-section though) what post-partum recovery is like?
Take your time getting to us, spend it with your boys, and CONGRATULATIONS! You'll hear this often, but enjoy those newborn days. They pass so quickly, and soon they're toddlers and then teenagers and you just don't know where the time went. It's very hard the first few weeks, but I hope you're very lucky and will have one that sleeps through the night from the beginning!

(He is now 3 months old) I always tell people he was ten pounds, because I damn well earned that last ounce as I am sure you did too.
