Congratulations, Noah!! That is so awesome.

When I saw your tweet about the belt on Sat. I yelled "YEAH NOAH!" and felt so happy and relieved for you all, and my husband's all, "who?" Yes, I'm a little overly empathetic here. But still. YEAH NOAH!
Way to go, Noah!
Kick ass, Noah!
When is the Ninja Test??
Yay Noah! Way to go!
He's come so far!!! YEA!!!
I am SO HAPPY FOR HIM! (and you!)

Kvell away. Y'all ALL deserve it! :-)
Go Noah! I was very excited when I saw your tweet (and actually had been sending positive thoughts in the general D.C. direction). But not in a crazy-lady way.
I love seeing Jason echo Noah's proud YAY!! pose in the mirror in the second to last photo. So cute!!
But, totally, YAY Noah!
This totally made me smile... and teary.
Rock on, Noah!!!!! :)
Yay Noah!!! You did it!!

Great post. I totally understand your part--the feeling like you're going to throw up from the worry and nervousness. But, then, YAY! Great result. And I bet it will be the confidence-booster the instructor promised.
Awesome. Way to go Noah!!!!
Wow - he really broke the board?? Congrats to Noah!!
Good boy! Good job buddy!
Oh yea!!!! I was thinking about you guys all weekend. Noah, you rock!
My daughter has some mild- moderate sensory and vestibular disorders that can have a big impact on her attention and focus at times. This can cause a lot of stress for her and us in situations like this but she also can surprise us when we least expect it. Looks like Noah has an awesome capacity to surprise as well.
Yay, Noah! :^)
YAY NOAH!!! So happy for him! That's awesome.
Hooray!!! Awesome news. I bet you are one proud Mama!
Woot!! *raises the roof** *sniffle*
Kvell away, you've got a real mensch there ;)
Yay !!! Way to go Noah !!!
Woo hoo! Well done Noah! X
HI-YA! Way to to, Noah!

Yes, this just made me tear up. Yay for you both!
Yay, Noah! Congratulations!
Oh my gosh, LOVE the picture of Noah raising his arms, and Jason raising his arms in the reflection. SO SWEET. We're all so proud of you, Noah!
Yay, Noah! I am smiling as much for him as I would my own son. So serious when he got his belt.
You have such great kids.
Ok, now I can't stop smiling. I am so happy for big man Noah!
Congrats Noah!! You rock!!!
I am thrilled for Noah (and you)! WHOOOHOOOO!
GO NOAH! And I love how you can see Jason cheering on the mirror in one of the pics.
Congrats to Noah
Whooooo hooo !!!! I got home and read this and cannot stop clapping for Noah. He is awesome !
Tell the truth, how long did you hold your breath?
As we say here at my house "Yay yay yay!!!!!" I have tears in my eyes, I'm sooooooo excited for Noah! He rocks!
He did it!
(how is ezra taking it?)
Nothing like starting the day with a few tears... well done Noah!
Yeah for Noah!!! Way to go!
That's so fantastic! I just got a huge lump in my throat looking at those. Congratulations.
(also... how much do I love the reflection of Jason in the mirror cheering along with him? PRICELESS!)
WIN! YAY NOAH!
CONGRATULATIONS!!! The pic where he shakes the teacher's hand just KILLS me. You must be exploding with joy and pride and love! YAY NOAH!!!
NICE JOB NOAH!!!!!!!!!!
Yay Noah!!! So happy for you little dude!! When I took Tae Kwon Do (back in the day haha) there were many children in there who had attention issues. Back then it wasn't really known as ADD/ADHD they were just considered hyper..BUT no matter what it is referred to as now (or then)the martial arts is a WONDERFUL thing to have children involved in. Focus is one of the key lessons taught and this will help him. I just know it. Plus self respect and for others...I just love it and I can't wait to hear more of the 'Grasshoppers' adventures (hmmm children's book?) YAY NOAH!!!
Awwwww! Congrats! This is HUGE! <3
Way to go Noah! Martial Arts are such an incredible way of teaching discipline and concentration and it looks like he is going to excel.
Yay! Congratulations you guys! Way to go Noah! We knew you could do it! :)
GO NOAH! GO NOAH!! That is so awesome!
Yay, Noah!! A grandma in NC is blinking happy tears for you - I knew you could do it!
Aw gee. After the last post, hard not to tear up with this one.
You go, Noah! :D
Um, the amount that I love your kids is not at all creepy. I promise. *sniffle*
Noah!! You rock, little dude!!
(just a little teary over here :)
Yay Noah!!! We knew you could do it!
Thank you for sharing this world with us.
What a little champ! Well done Noah!!
So, so happy for all of you and Noah.
Those photos are PRICELESS.......
I'm so happy to hear that he got his gold belt! Congrats, Noah!
Yay for Noah!!! I recognize Ms. Lana in the picture! My son did karate at a different location when she used to work there. We LOVED her!! Way to go, Noah!
Yay Noah! :-D
Do you see me crying over here? Did you hear the sudden indrawn breath when I saw the first picture of that precious precious boy in his uniform? Did you see me crossing my toes and wishing hard while frantically scrolling down to the end of your post?
So very very happy that the instructors had the good sense to see what all of us already know. The Noah rocks so hard his belt should have been made of actual gold. I could barely be prouder if he were one of my own punks. Love. That. Kid.
This could prove to be one of the most important things he ever does - sometimes its the little things like passing first time that has the most impact. Good job Noah and good job parents for letting him try
Great job Noah!
Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!! Noah, you made my day!!
I'm so happy Noah passed his test! I honestly thought that had he not, we would have seen a headline along the lines of "Local Woman Chokes Out Karate Instructor After Son Denied Gold Belt." So yay!
YAY NOAH! May your furniture and your ears survive the test.
Have some ice packs handy for when he figures out the coffee table doesn't break like the board did.
Yay! Is there anything cuter than a little kid in a karate uniform? (Are they called uniforms?) It makes me wish my husband would agree to let our boys take tae kwon do. So. Damn. Adorable.
GO NOAH!!! YOU DID IT!!!
Way to go, Noah!!! I just cried a little.
