Oh Amy, I'm so sorry he's gone. I'm so sorry it hurts. Please allow yourself to hold conflicting thoughts and emotions without guilt. It's ok to miss him like crazy and be angry with his decisions and be glad he's not suffering and be so sad he's gone. All at once. What you're feeling is ok.

Very sorry for your loss, Amy.

I can tell you from personal experience that even though you're in shock right now, in the long run you'll be glad that the very bad part at the end was short. It's heartbreaking that he didn't get to see Baby #3, but it would have been more heartbreaking for him to linger for two more months in the state that you described in your last post.

He's in a better place now, and his burden is lifted. Prayers now for you and your family, especially for your mom.
