Please note the last instruction to "Microwave at Medium 20 to 23 Minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn every five minutes." You fucking kids today, with your fancy rotating inner platters!

(I am also curious: would the repeated slamming of a microwave door cause a microwaved souffle to collapse, or is it already such an abomination against nature that the regular rules of cooking simply don't apply to it?)
